    Written By Walt Myers

    SUMMARY OF FREEDOM FORUM (FF)

    Important FF opening remarks by Michael LeMieux - A logo has been adopted that depicts the Constitution in a fold of the American flag. The name Freedom Forums will be used to identify future conferences related to the RELIVING 1776 initiative.

    Invited participants - as follows - Between the shift to daylight savings time creating confusion, other commitments, and lack of interest, only about ½ of the invitees were present. Invitees having no interest in networking with others are asked to please notify gewinners@cox.nent

    An Invocation was given by Paula Anders.

    OLD BUSINESS - The results of the 10/25/08 conference were summarized for the benefit of newcomers. They’ll not be discussed in future Forums but will remain available at www.restoretherepublic.com/top-stories/cncs-conference.

    It was previously unanimously agreed and reaffirmed that:

    ·        America has a problem;

    ·        The solution to which lies in a team effort;

    ·        the Constitutionalist Movement’s lack of success is largely due to its failure to rally around a comprehensive action plan and a failure to plan is a plan to fail;

    ·        Participants are willing to help ‘tweak’ and implement a plan providing a way for individuals and organizations to unite in spirit and on actions of mutual interest without impairing their ability to pursue their special interests;

    ·        A problem cannot be solved by only addressing its symptoms and time is of the essence.

    ·        The Constitutionalist movement is fragmented. To succeed, it must find a way to present a united front.

    ·        The pledge made by thirty Republican governors on 11/22/94 “to restore to the States and the people the prerogatives and freedoms guaranteed them under the Constitution” was adopted as a goal.

    ·        To peacefully reach the goal, Constitutionalists must ‘team up’ and judiciously use the ‘soap,’ mail, Grand Jury, Trial Jury and ballot Boxes.

    ·        The team must be committed to Taking America Back to its lawful foundation and will be referred to as a TAB team. The overall team and the mission and functions of the teams comprising it are described at www.a4ce.org/CNCACE.htm

    ·        the Foundation for unity of spirit and action consists of three items; a set of core beliefs, an agreed upon statement of our problem and a clear goal. (see www.thecnc.org/TeamWork.htm)

    ·        our working conferences will follow the guidelines of the POLITICAL ACTION COORDINATING CONFERENCE (PACC) described on page 187 of the book To Tame a Tyrant and at www.thecnc.org/PACCs.htm

    ·        Mr. Myers briefly discussed how a PACC assures all participants will have an opportunity for their voice to be heard, how they can work with others on issues/actions of mutual interest without losing their freedom to pursue their special interests, and the products of a PACC.

    ·        It was agreed an Objective Pursuit Team would be formed for each issue/area of concern identified by the FF participants and found to lie on the goal’s critical path. An OPT is responsible for developing and guiding the implementation of a plan through which to pursue the objective.

    Highly important issues/areas found to be of concern and for which an OPT has been, or will be formed follow. Anyone wishing to help on an issue or to introduce a new issue for consideration is urged to contact Mr. LeMieux at author@constitutiondenied.com  Attached names are those who have agreed to lead the OPT or those we wish would agree to do so.

    1. Constitutional considerations - be prepared to:

    a) Prevent the formal termination of the Constitution;

    b) Provide input to a Constitutional Convention if necessary, and

    c) Plan changes to Constitutional amendments.

    2. Prevent formalization of the North American Union. (Dr. Daneen Peterson)

    3. Retain internet access.

    4. Convince State Legislatures that:

    A. As the principals to the Constitution and under the law of Agency, States hold the ultimate authority and responsibility for the Constitutions proper interpretation and implementation.

     B. It’s time States use ALL of their power, including that of  ‘interposition’ and ‘nullification’; their rights retained under the Kentucky and Virginia Resolutions and those reserved by the 10th amendment in an effort to redirect the course of our “ship of state.“  (Rep. Charles Key and Sen. Don Rogers)

    5. Formation of a constitutionally authorized militia - A concern over how the major media might use the endorsement of this right to portray the TAB team as an irresponsible group was discussed. Since there’s been no request for an OPT re this issue, no decision was made. However, Mr. Myers explained that a beauty of the PACC concept is that any issue/action found to comply with Constitutional intent can be introduced for consideration. Such an introduction doesn’t mean the objective is endorsed by all; only by those electing to support it. He explained that to deny an individual or group an opportunity to participate on the TAB team on the basis of their concern being political incorrect would be to deny them the very liberty that is the purpose of our existence. Everyone is urged to go to http://newswithviews.com/Vieira/edwin85.htm and read the excellent article by Dr. Edwin Vieira that includes information on the Constitutionality of the militia.

    6. Education and activation of veterans (Jim Cabaniss), law enforcement personnel (Jack Mc Lamb) and the clergy (Dr. Dixon).

    7. Develop and implement a National Economic Recovery Program having 5 key caveats: (Byron Dale, Devvy Kidd, Paul Craig Roberts, Dr. Walter Williams; Joan Vion)

    I.    A non interest bearing medium of exchange

    II.   A redistribution of the tremendous concentration of wealth brought about by our present unconstitutional system of ‘money’ creation to the producers of the wealth

    III.  Some existing debts expunged and others restructured

    IV.  Tax reform and

    V.                 Resurrection of the American System of Economic Independence.

    Mr. Myers reported he had emailed those identified a request to participate on this OPT. Of them, only Ms. Joan Vion and Mr. Byron Dale responded. They will be the OPT’s nucleus.

    8. Gain control of major parties through precinct project. (Jim Condit)

    9.. Partisan Political action. (Bob Soloman)

    10. Public education –

    11. Identify a source of funds to support this effort. To be discussed at the next FF.

    12. Organizational development - To be discussed at the next FF.

    13. RELIVING 1776 initiative. To be incorporated into the Organizational development OPT.

    14. Legal (Larry Becraft) & legislative (Sen. Rogers) initiative teams at state and national level.  Neither of these men participated in the 11/8/08 FF.

    15. VoteScam and ballot box integrity.  (Jim Condit)  No report.

     16. Jury education (FIJA)  To date, the Fully Informed Jury Association has chosen not to participate in the TAB initiative.

     17. Formal identification of the “Federal actions” alluded to by the thirty Republican governors followed by bringing the responsible parties to justice.  Mr. Myers has asked for the Legal Initiative Team‘s position on the viability of having a county grand jury investigate the Republican governors allegation regarding “Federal action“ having exceeded the clear bounds of its Constitutional jurisdiction.  If the Grand Jury were to find the allegation to be true and was to issue a true bill; the question is - could it be prosecuted and if so, by whom.

    * STRATEGIES AND TACTICS - tabled (Michael LeMieux and Walt Myers to prepare discussion guide for use in a future FF)

    * ORGANIZATIONAL/COMMUNICATIONS STRUCTURE - that displayed on page 197 of To Tame a Tyrant will be used pending any modifications deemed necessary.

    Discussion of why the CNC is a membership by invitation only organization. - Mr. Myers reported the decision was based on the thought that if the CNC were to succeed in gaining the support of other organizations in building the needed TAB team, it could not put itself in the position of trying to proselytize their members.
