I just saw “America: Freedom to Fascism”, do I have to file taxes?
-
We are not a tax advisory organization. Many people have won and many have lost against the IRS, so the decision not to file is entirely up to you.
Aaron Russo made “America: Freedom to Fascism” to inform people of the state of the union. He created the film to educate and activate the people of this republic to the injustices taking place before our eyes. The film is left for the viewer to make the decision on what steps to make after viewing… if you have found your way here, then you have taken the right steps.
If you are looking for legal representation in a tax case or would like advice on how to handle one we suggest you communicate with members of this website who have been in situations involving the IRS. However, we are not responsible for the advice they give you, members of this site are free to express, connect, and share information on a variety of topic as they see fit.

How do so many people lose against the IRS when the prosecution is unable to provide the legislation that would incriminate the defendant. You can’t just make up laws in court as you go along. Furthermore, how is a state court able to enforce a constitutional amendment that may not have been ratified in it’s very jurisdiction. It’s all so confusing.

To answer your question Jordan; judges.
Judges are elected and so fair we the people do not controll the election process. Few vote at all on local elections… and even fewer search for the canidate that represents their vote.
and also the ignorace of the general population.
And remember we must perpare ourselves… for they have been planing this for long time. And they knew there was going to be dissent.
Liberty or death is not just slogan it must because are mantra.

Im reading the XVI amendment and it states that the congress has the right to tax income from whatever source.
Is this true?

Not really. The 16th Amendment says they can if they want to, but the Federal Income Tax Act of 1913 did not include private sector wages and salaries in the original definition of taxable income. To this day, there is nothing in the Internal Revenue Code to that effect.
In Brushaber vs. Union Pacific, the US Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment did not give Congress any new powers of taxation that they didn’t already have, it only removed the requirement of apportionment.
Of course, that doesn’t mean the aforementioned types of income are now taxable. And if they didn’t already have the power to tax your income, then they didn’t need the 16th Amendment. Most of us, however, simply pay our income taxes without gripe because that’s what our parents and grandparents did.
If you do research on all of the federal court cases where the 16th Amendment’s constitutionality was challenged, you’ll notice right away that 1) usually the defendant lost and 2) not one case ever made it to the US Supreme Court. That’s because the Supreme Court is the only court where the 16th Amendment actually CAN be challenged. If nine justices rule that the 16th Amendment was never properly ratified, that would be the end of the income tax for everyone.

It’s incumbent upon the defense to convince the JURY - the courts cannot be trusted, but an objective jury can be educated during the process. Furthermore, the courts seem to side with the official US ratification data, as opposed to the truth of the matter (I don’t have data to back this - just seems to usually work out this way). Without a defense team well versed in the type of information exposed in Russo’s film, it seems that the odds are in favor of the IRS/gov’t.

I have doubted the IRS for years and heard, as we all have at one time or another, that they are unconstitutoinal. I recently 5 days ago viewed a Utube video on this subject and have been hooked ever since in searching for the truth via internet. What a tool. All so conviencing it really is. I dare anyone to bring up the subject of taxes.
With all this knowledge and people that are so seasoned on this subject, Joe Banister, Bill Bensons, Sherry Jackson, etc.,but they still get drug through court. Sherry gets convicted I just found out, what a let down. How can that be??? Being a former agent well versed in thier tactics and having all the information from all who fought this battle prior with court cases proving her defense dating back to the 1800’s, and still LOOSE??? I just dont get it How can any of this be denied? If it takes being in front of the Supreme Court, then so be it! This is such an injustice its not funny.
