US To Declare October ‘Economic Emergency’, Suspend Elections

The Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB) is reporting in the Kremlin today that the Bank of England has received from the United States Federal Reserve Bank a ‘notice’ that President Bush is preparing to declare an ‘Economic Emergency’ during the week of October 5th and will further announce that the American Presidential election due to be held on November 4th will be ‘indefinitely suspended’.
These reports state that the Governor of the Bank of England, Mervyn King, had expressed his ‘shock and outrage’ to his American counterparts at the US Federal Reserve after the catastrophic collapse of one of the largest financial banks in the World, Lehman Brothers, and which caused both the Band of England and the European Central Bank to rush $42 billion into the European economy yesterday to keep it from collapsing, and their own banks from running out of money, necessitating the response from the US Central Bank leader Ben S. Bernanke.
As Prime Minister Putin had previously warned, and as we had reported on in our September 13th report “Hurricane Ike To Completely Destroy United States, Says Putin”, the horrific hurricane storm that has devastated the State of Texas, and where a humanitarian crisis is presently unfolding, has, indeed, proved to be the proverbial ‘straw that broke the camels back’ as the catastrophic damage from this storm raced beyond the Gulf of Mexico coast and ravaged the heartland of America to such an extent that the Governors of Ohio and Kentucky have declared States of Emergency as millions have been left without power.
The significance of this historic storm damage to the American economy, these reports say, led to the unprecedented pressures put upon the World’s largest insurance company American International Group (AIG) and its halt in negotiations, during a rare Sunday meeting in New York, to support the near bankrupt Lehman Brothers on Sunday, but which was then allowed to collapse and is now threatening to also destroy AIG itself.
Not being explained to the American people is that AIG, the World’s largest player in the $45 Trillion derivatives market, during the past two weeks had bet heavily on the World Markets against the damage from Hurricane Ike exceeding $2 billion in property damage, lost oil and gasoline production, lost wages and payments to companies forced to close, etc., it is obligated to pay, but which the actual damages are now being estimated will exceed $1 Trillion as the damages throughout the United States are finally tallied.
Such a calamitous action by AIG has basically shattered the Western economic system, and as we can read as reported by The Australian Business News Service in their article titled “Global banks brace for derivative blow-up”, and which says:
Even worse for the American people during this unprecedented crisis is that one of their top economic experts, Wilbur Ross, chairman and CEO of WL Ross & Co, is now warning that over 1,000 US banks are nearing collapse, and one of their top economists, Nouriel Roubini, of NYU’s Stern School and RGE Monitor, if further warning that “there is already a “slow-motion run on retail banks” occurring nationwide.”
Russian Military Analysts commenting on these reports state that though it is unlikely that the American President can suspend US elections solely on the basis of an Economic Emergency alone, it is entirely probable that he could do so should their Nation suffer another 9/11 type attack, and which they ‘cryptically’ observe could place as early as September 22nd as American Military Forces begin to conduct their World-Wide tests of their new nuclear alert system as they conduct another test of their so-called Star Wars Missile Defense System.
It should be further noted that as their once great Nation continues sliding towards the abyss of total ruin, these American people still refuse to acknowledge the substance of the many warnings being issued to them from all corners of the World as if even with eyes and ears they do not see and do not hear anything other than what they are programmed for by their masters.
How sad for these people, how much sadder for the rest of us these people are now all but lost.

To give a view into the mindset of some Americans, this is a comment I copied from a blog (answerbag.com) where the question was asked “Can Bush suspend the 2008 election?”:
“I would support President Bush without question if he did this. The problem with the USA is that liberal liars hev undermined his efforts to make the USA a safe place to live. If we have to live under a dictatorship to ensure safety, I am for it.
“Before the 2000 election, President Bush said “there ought to be limits to freedom.” He is correct.
“If the USA is to keep itself free of Muslim terrorists, martial law must be imposed and civil liberties suspended.
I have nothing to hide so I would no object to any scrutiny, just as long as we are safe.”

Lord, this is difficult to believe — worse yet, I find I actually “can” believe it. I wish I had never had my children - for what they are going to have to face. I have 5 grandchildren as well — and it’s going to be even more difficult for all of them.
I can envision them living in a “Mad Max” world. They don’t understand why I want them to ALL (sons and grandchildren) to take some self-defense classes. I am seriously concerned for all of them. I also want each and every one of them to have a gun(s) AND be trained in how to safely handle them.
None of them believe that things are this bad! My sons laugh at me as if they think I’m feeble minded. I’m still a Loooooooooooong way from that!

I am so sick of “big brotherism”. How many of you are aware that the Feds put “bugs” (tracers) in our computer keyboards so they can monitor our Internet usage. They’ve been doing this for “at least” 5 years, probably longer!
I have nothing to hide, it’s just more, still, of big brother spying on honest, hard-working citizens.
What is really pathetic is that there is NOWHERE to go where things aren’t “as bad or worse”!
How do all of you see yourselves and/or this movement as related to the Book of Revelations? Just put that last question out on a whim. Do you believe we are in the “Last Days”? I think it’s beginning to look that way.
I’d like to know how others view the current situation.

Before reading one of the above comments, I would have thought that Bush suspending the election would have been the last straw for all to finally see the corruption and greed that him and his ‘team’ stand for. With the reading of a citizen’s words, who seems willing to sell freedom for safety, I worry that even when (not if) he does, he will still have the those that worship him, and deny him doing anything wrong, ever.
My hopes are with those Americans that are trying to fight for the America that was, against the America that is and may yet become. The sacrifice it will cost many individuals will be great. And yes, I have no delusion that the only path is eventual rebellion of the masses against the entrenched government. All things point to this.
I am not a war monger, nor a crazy beat-neck hippie. I never agreed with gun ownership before this. I had trust in governments, and never saw the reason an individual needed to have the right to bear arms in a peaceful nation. Now, I see the right to bear arms as the last defence of civil liberties that a citizen can do.
I also must say here that I am not American, but Canadian. Yet would I take up arms or assist in other ways a people oppressed by their own government? Surely. Many of us Canadians have done it before, and many of us would be willing to lend aid, be it sheter or another gun, to people fighting for freedom from tyranny.

The Sorcha Faal article US To Declare October ‘Economic Emergency’, Suspend Elections is an urban legend (false). Ivan did not hit Ohio and Kentucky and their Governors did not declare states of emergency.

Schvenzlerman, you are right that hurricane Ivan did not hit Ohio and Kentucky. However, the recent hurricane, Ike, which this article mentioned above, did in fact affect these states and cause a state of emergency.
Very good article. I only wish more people weren’t so blind and believed what is actually taking place before their eyes. They’ll end up waking to a cold, hard reality, only to find it’s too late.

I do think it is important to note that this article, originally posted on the Sorcha Faal Web site, then on InfoWars.com and here, is the only story claiming this knowledge, and has no accreditation with any news service, and nothing that is verifiable. Basically, as far as any smoking gun, it is valueless.
I believe Gary’s intention in posting this here is to make people aware that - as preposterous as it sounds - this scenario IS within the realms of possibility. People have been saying it for months. And not just us “wackos” - I’ve heard it from some pretty middle-of-the-road folks - people are uneasy about this election and have a feeling of strange things taking place.
To some, that statement is as valueless as Sorcha Faal’s credibility. It is not to me. They will pull their power play whenever it is in their interest to do so, which will probably be when most people will least expect it. Once the world is in a depression, we will have a lot more people on our side, and that is not something they want.

What’s interesting in Canada is that Government and law enforcement are deeply indoctrinated with a policy of painting a rosy portrait to the populous.
Can you imagine going into a restaurant in the states and seeing a picture of a smiling state trooper or FBI agent on the placemat?
I’ve recently had to deal with researching corruption in Canadian police departments. What I found left me gasping for air. The entire system is set up to strategically whitewash any evidence of corruption, for fear of the people losing faith in law enforcement.
Whenever police are involved in “quelling” a riot or demonstration, media is confiscated from the press “for investigative purposes”. It is usually given back after the issue has become faded in the public eye.
When an investigation of police corruption takes place, the first step is to say you have done an investigation and all is fine, and transfer those in question to another law enforcement agency. When it gets really bad, publicity-wise, you call in an “outside” investigative agency to come in and do the same thing. If that doesn’t do it, you pick one person you want to make the fall guy and indict them and transfer the rest.
I can show you where studies have proven the above is not just practice. It is policy - set up with full judicial and legislative backing.
If it really gets bad - where you have a lot of witnesses and there is no way you can whitewash the thing, as in the Toronto Six Investigations, then the Crown bungles it until the Judge declares a mistrial. This case has gone on for years and years with nothing happening. It’s like the whole system is a deer staring into the headlights!
The really sad thing is the result is further corruption. If you give a virus cookies and warm milk, it’s not going to go away.

My Response to my ‘welcome to RTR’
Hi Restore the Republic!
Pleasure to plug in. Just one slight bit of difference of agreement, but I can live with it.
I’d say one of the most important movements to demand the restoration of the republic, as per the DUTY REQUIRED OF CITIZENS EXPERIENCING A LONG TRAIN OF ABUSES FROM THEIR GOVERMENT, occurred on 19 April 1995, in Oklahoma City!
But that is just my opinion; it’s nice however that a few more people are now so intimately aware of the realities ‘Paul Revere’ was trying to warn them of. On behalf of those involved in the OKC bombing, may we welcome RTR to the most important movement to restore the republic

I think The Last Days are on their way. The Revelation can be difficult do understand, but if you try your best and maybe get some input from, for an example, Aaron Russo’s “Freedom to Fascism”.
Actually I am Danish but this big brother society will come everywhere including Denmark. We are beginning to see he start of it. And Norway adapts supervised internet.

Richard, While we are on the subject of proof. Show us yours that our government is not corrupt. Or proof that the Federal Reserve does know what it’s doing. Proof that the Fed isn’t intentional destroying our economy. Who are the sources you’ve chosen to believe declaring that we are free. One of my sources is my own paycheck which the government has pilfered for 35 yrs now and the freedoms which they have been slowly taking from me by reason of all kinds of unverifiable excuses. But hey, I think you’ll like the New World Order. You won’t have to think for yourself there either.

OK, I can completely SEE Bush-well, Cheney pulling something like this. BUT, I also do not take things at face value-I have just spent some considerable time looking for more info. I have been to the site for the Bank of England, the Kremlin’s site, BBC, various news organizations…but, have only seen blog hysteria as of yet. So, for now I would have to side WITH Richard and ask where is the proof of said memo?
