Greetings fellow RTR Iowa members,

want to start off by apologizing.  I’m not sure but somehow I became the moderator of this group.  In addition to the twists and turns life throws at you I have found myself no longer living in Iowa. 

Iowa is headed for some real tough times, with out of control spending, housing market collapse, and the falling value of the dollar.  Not to mention that the great state of Iowa infringing on the rights of business owners to decide if smoking can be allowed in public restaurants and bars.  Government corruption goes even a step further by allowing this legal act to take place in Casinos.  The Casio’s in Iowa has become like heroin to a junkie.  The state has become so reliant on it that it was taken away I’m sure the entire state could crumble.

This infuriates me to no end, even now.  I have been living in Texas for the last month, just thinking about it I feel anger and rage. 

I have not been keeping up with the local events in since moving down here.  I would really like this group to grow and prosper, but I’m afraid that it’s going to become increasingly difficult to do if I remain the group moderator.  I’m calling on your fellow RTR Iowa members, I ask that one of you great Iowan’s to step up and take the reins of the group.  Take this to new levels that I could never do, and bring truth and justice to the great state of Iowa,
