Hello.. everyone .. i am glad to be back... After reading briefly about this discussion, i for one must agree with DM, regarding the facts that he promotes on his website..

Now, i'm not disagreeing with anyone either.. Zek is also correct from him and davids standpoint regarding the Fed... However me and David have disagreed in the past about one thing. And that is (just because you endorse a paycheck, that ABSOLUTELY does NOT make you an automatic "TAXPAYER").

I have always been a Huge supporter of Dave Champion, and his consulting business that helps people who are "nontaxpayers" live a successful happy life in a world that believe's everyone who earns a living must be a "TAXPAYER"..

As i have said a million times.. The path that a "nontaxpayer" chooses to follow is absolutely 100% lawful, and legal. As long as they do it correctly..

"I live in Alexandria, Virginia. Near the Supreme Court chamber is a toll
bridge across the Potomac. When in a rush I pay the dollar toll and get home
early. However, I usually drive a free bridge outside the down- town section
of the city, and cross the Potomac on a free bridge. The bridge was placed
outside the downtown Washington D.C. area to serve a useful social service:
getting drivers to drive the extra mile to help alleviate congestion during
rush hour. If I went over the toll bridge and through the barrier without
paying the toll, I would be committing tax evasion. If, however, I drive the
extra mile and drive outside the city of Washington, I am using a legitimate,
logical and suitable method of tax avoidance, and I am performing a useful
social service by doing so. For my tax evasion, I should be punished. For my
tax avoidance, I should be commended. The tragedy of life today is that so
few people know that the free bridge even exists."

Lawrence121,

I've never posited (or even vaguely suggested) that endorsing a check establishes a person as a Taxpayer. But signing any information return and sending it to the IRS, does establish prima facie Taxpayer status in the eyes of the IRS.

John (aka 'Zekiel'),

You missed the crux of my assertion to you about the Admiralty stuff. Look, most Americans are terrified of the IRS. Even judges, and certainly jurors. So when a neophyte student of Tax Honesty (or of basic American civics, if you will) gets pulled into the deep end of the pool, it's disconcerting.

It's also terribly ineffective; if you frighten a person even more than the IRS is already frightening him, then he feels that he has no safe options. He climbs back into his shell of abdication -- and yes, of ignorance.

Thus, when we go into legal arcana when talking someone who is finally thinking about becoming an educated, self-governing, law-abiding, fearless citizen in a free country under the rule of law -- we push them away. Either they think we're mentally unbalanced, or they are simply flummoxed by legal and historical arcana that (as you yourself agreed) even most attorneys don't understand.

The other thing about using arcane (if not insane) legal positions is that the average juror will think you're a nutball, as well. You may be right as rain, but you'll never get twelve fellow citizens to see it; it's just too whacked-out sounding for most folks.

A perfect case in point was 'Al' Thompson, who had all the Admiralty stuff down to a science. He was convicted by a jury that thought as I do...that it's...well, hogswallop.

Am I wrong? Perhaps; but that's not my point. Tactical and PR wisdom is the order of the day, if we're going to take on the huge tax industry: remember, that parasite segment of America includes not only the corrupt Congress and their IRS gunmen; it also includes every tax preparer, tax attorney, CPA, mortgage broker, investment counselor, leasing company employee, pastor, priest, rabbi, and museum curator in America!

When you begun to understand how many millions of Americans derive their living from the "write off" industry (some of them very nice, well-meaning, godly people...but ignorant of the Congress' scam) -- and how these people consider Tax Honesty to be a direct threat to their future ability to make a living as they do today -- then you see the BIG part of the iceberg parasite sector in America.

I don't mean to be cruel, only descriptive: a parasite is an organism that does not produce anything on its own, but feeds off the effort of another organism.

Most CPAs think they're doing great work for clients; most pastors and other religious careerists think they deserve that paycheck...even though Paul the apostle kept making tents for a living even after he followed Christ; and even though Paul also said "if a man does not work, let him not eat".

I don't mean to go off on the 'church' thing, but it's really the hardest part of getting people to look at the basic dishonesty and rapine of the IRS scam! If a guy sits in his study, downloading sermons and stuff (maybe visiting some families during the week, etc) and thinks this has earned him a full pay-and-benefits package, while all "his flock" has to earn a real living...well, you see that the religious careerist who lives on "writeoff" checks, really is one of the hardest parts of the IRS scam to overcome.

So why make it even harder with arcane, easily confusing legal stuff? I see a lot of people over the years winning cases and beating back the IRS al-Qaeda with very simple, very plain facts that any juror can understand.

I also see a lot of people with a dizzying grasp of the 'contract law' and 'dishonor' and 'admiralty' stuff, who go to court and spout that stuff...and every one of them goes to prison and gets plenty of time to research lots more such stuff!

So you see that even the very wise can be stuck on stupid, when it comes to real-life tactical wisdom. It's not the wisest tactical direction at this time of day, when most American jurors have a government-school education, to go into 'admiralty' and 'contract law' hoohah.

Mornin' All

David, Lawrence was referring to David Merrill and non-endorsement of a check. That is a different topic, that may offer remedy to the National Debt... more on that later.

Respectfully, as to confusing people about Admiralty and not winning people into the Tax Revolution and Abolishing the FED Movement...that is the same argument the FED will make... that Resistance is Futile!!!

Again, I cannot disagree with your thoughts. It is true, that most cannot grasp that part. However, your comments, presume that one ends up in the Court Arena.
That is exactly the point of understanding the difference between 'Honor' and 'Dishonor'. Education of that is IMPERATIVE!!! It is what people do not understand, simply put, ARGUING with the IRS for example, brings a case and is an act of 'DISHONOR', that causes the action to move forward, and the person gets fined, jailed or loss of property, etc.
'Honor' keeps them out of the Courts. That is the thrust!!! NO DISHONOR... NO CASE!!!

It would be a terribly wasted effort to have 4 or 5 Million people in a movement, who simply lose in the elections, as the primaries are proving... and only end up with those few willing to battle the IRS, ending up as the Browns.
Conversely, it only takes a handful of folks, like Dave Champion, to actually win in court... the rest need to learn how to stay out of the courts and let those who understand how Admiralty works, to fight those battles. 1 single win is enormous!!!

You have missed the point, about the people understanding Admiralty... it is about teaching them how to be Non Taxpayers Legally and Lawfully, and the key is educating those, how to stay in 'Honor' and out of the Courts, and why.

Think Free : Bursting Bubbles of Government Deception

Denial of the existence of Admiralty, is playing right into the hands of the Federal Reserve Shills. They thrive on that ignorance.

I would rather have 12, well educated warriors, that can win, than 4 Million, fighting blindly, and are doomed to lose because of their ignorance.

If you cannot teach it, then you need to stick with what you do know. I have said I will support your cause...America Again! please don't be coming in here and destroy my good work!!!

If you have not listened yet to Rob Menard, try again and stop saying the people are too stupid to grasp Admiralty.
It IS WHY WE LOSE in the TAX COURTS!!! WE MUST LEARN IT!!!

"Know thine enemy and his capabilities."

No one is saying it will be easy. Battles and ultimately, wars are lost, to not fully understanding the enemy and his weaponry. 'Admiralty' is the 'Weapon of Mass Deception', used by the ultimate enemy of Freedom, by the Power Elite of Rothschild/Rockefeller Cartels.
Like it or not... it is what we are up against.

Sorry for a long post, had a nice little get-together last night and kinda just listening to music and typing at the moment feeling kind out of it...

I noticed Zeke jsut posted a long comment and this isn't any kind of response... more or less probably more support... its just took a while to edit it and more comments were posted in that time...

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The whole concept of "people can't handle it", from what i've seen, leads to control of information ... or, at least, opens the door for one deciding what others should know.
heres some things most people couldn't handle because they never knew it existed..
--- being black and walking into a department store and wondering why all the employees always follow you around.
---driving at 11:00 pm and being pulled over for having dreads...
-- being Sean Bell (NYC husband shot 50 times cause police "thought" he had a gun)... oh and having all the officers let off
-- being called illegal cause your name is Juan
-- witnessing the "War on Drugs"
-- Tallahasee police using a 23 year old girl turned informant over marijuana. Shes found dead after being ordered by police to buy 1,500 ecstasy pills, 2 ounces of coke and a gun from known criminals...
http://www.websleuths.com/forums/showthread.php?t=64689
Lets cut the tree down at the root, not at the trunk.
~~~so~~~~

We, as men and women, have all the power that was delgated to the governents and alot more. We are the source of their power, the only other source is the creator above us.

Only the people remain if the established lawful governments cease to exist, or become incapable of executing their duties. The people are the only solvent power left.

The 1789 Judiciary act leaves open a door as it is the act which established all the districts. Which acts as a conduit to interface with the corporations and federals , or, foreign agents.

Federal diversity seperates the man from the entities, which are in debt, and eminate out of D.C., and provides evidence on the record theres a flesh and blood man with unalienable rights, that is, if he wishes to exercise them.

Evidence of another government -
Title 31 § 1537. Services between the United States Government and the District of Columbia government
http://www2.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode31/usc_sec_31_00001537----000-.html

Its admiralty, maritime because its all done in commerce. Everything is Federal Reserve Notes, commerce. Insurance - Commerce.

Legal entities, legal names, corporations... (UScitizens) only have rights granted by congress..

http://www2.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode42/usc_sec_42_00001981----000-.html
http://www2.law.cornell.edu/uscode/html/uscode42/usc_sec_42_00001982----000-.html

EX:
If i'm at the market and someone tries to usurp my property rights by saying I owe a sales tax ... than my court is open right there at that instant someone infringed upon my unalienable rights to property.

A court is where peoples affairs are handled. Sure its dusty out there at the market, sometimes hot and the people are weird... ... but ... they infringed upon me, they brought the engagement. If you are looking over paperwork at your desk, than your desk is your court for that moment.

"Do you have evidence I am your slave?"

"Is this lawful money of congress?"

...If there happens to be alot of people around when they infringe upon my rights then I have no choice but to goto war over my unalienable rights right there in that market. I must do it irregardless of whose conditioning I'll alter, or else, I lose my rights by my own silence and join the rest of the sheep by my own conditionin.

So there best be a injured victim and a witness or there is no crime. No warrant, nothing .... If there is none, than its slander, libel, defamation of character in a public place for even insinuating i'm a slave in america.

5th amendment rights are exercised 24 hours a day. You must constantly have your army of light ready to wield the pen and defeat the entities of debt (darkenss),

A man's credit is longer than the end of movies... the corporations are in debt with commercial paper, not man.

you extend credit to the government because the government seized the lawful money from U.S.citizens. The bonds are formed by the people... voluntarily.

Hip Hop rappers call the name a government name. Then again, most rappers are african american and can align the issuance of a new name with their unfortunate history in bondage.

So, advice for the posterity of time...

arm yourself with all the knowledge provided here on these sites and posts.. decide for yourself, cross-check, ask questions...

... don't deflect theories or opinions as hogwash out of mere fear alone ... deflect them with knowledge and wisdom. Use explanations, diagrams... patience.

With love,
Matthew Duane

EDIT NOtice: I should have used a better term than insolvent. I just noticed I used that term alot even though I was corrected on it before. ... if it helps ... substitutes it with "..in debt"

ALSO: The example only applies to a trade or exchange of physical property. Which, of course, over 1,000,000 soldiers died to preserve.

Check the FreeMason thread also... great thread. Sorry about the edits, just punctuation and some sharp tidying up. Added those links too.

... man thats something deep there. Definitly worth sitting and thinking over ...

... now imagine the 12 warriors educating everyone ...

...in not too long, everyone would realize theres no need for any more armies.

'cause there would be 4 million armies of one ... all self-governing and helping each other

Great post Zeke,
