I just finished watching a video of Daniel Ellsberg talking about the planned attack on Iran, impeachment, and the required massive activism to save America and the world from the abyss ahead.

Most of you are probably familiar with Daniel Ellsberg, but many young political activists may not be since he is a Viet Nam War era hero. Mr. Ellsberg is appropriately called the most famous whistleblower in American history. He was a Rand Corporation and Pentagon analyst who leaked The Pentagon Papers which ultimately caused the end of the Viet Nam War. Although he was blowing the whistle on government lies, he was unable to get the attention of the media or to publish his information until he found a courageous U.S. Senator willing to help, Senator Mike Gravel of Alaska. Senator Gravel (resisting great pressure not to) entered the Pentagon Papers into the Congressional Record which then placed them in the public domain. Mike Gravel is currently running for President in the Democratic Primaries. The imperial corporate media does not like him or talk about him much. You can imagine why.

In the above video, Daniel Ellsberg expresses his thoughts on what must happen if we are to save America from continuing its fall from a Constitutional Republic towards a full fascist dictatorship. Time is getting shorter, but we still have enough democracy to save ourselves with a massive public response. He indicates this is not likely to happen considering how far we have sunk, but it is still possible. He sites other events over the past few decades that he also believed were not likely to happen, like the fall of the Berlin Wall. Yet these events did happen with massive public involvement. I think this is what activists for change need to hear.

Mr. Ellsberg expressed his disappointment in American mass media recently in The Brad Blog stating that for the Sibel Edmonds case, "I'd say what she has is far more explosive than the Pentagon Papers".

The federal government has already fallen into the tyrannical abyss and it is time to build the power of the local government. The local government (especially the states) needs to be strong enough to say no to the federal government and our representatives need to be strong enough to fight for us when they go to the federal government. The federal government has already crossed the Rubicon into empire and now it’s time to build a foundation around us.

I hope that my brothers who were in the military can tell me things. However they have told me when i was yonger "if i ever tell you any secrets, I will have to kill you buddy" i thought they were joking... but that was while they were in the military. One of my brothers were in the Marines intelligence. Im more then sure he has answers... i hope.

i still don't understand why the power of greed could corrupt. I still don't understand why "elite" people would want a world goverment. It makes me cry to see what is happening to this country. I am angery now, and want the world to know.

I also question what is going on in south america that there is no talk about it????

What is our plan? What is our retreat? Where will our headquarters be? And more so do we have to take aggressive action or non-aggressive.

Now lets say we win and resto are Liberty, how well we repair our great nation?

Most Americans don't realize what is happening to us. All we can do is to spread the word as best we can. I think the realization of what really happened on 9/11 will awaken the nation like a smack in the face. Currently everyone still thinks it was done by radical Islamists. But when you look at the WTC towers falling, you can see the explosive demolition taking place. This was not done by fire - fire does not do that to steel! Professional architects and engineers agree after seeing the buildings collapse. This means only one thing; the whole operation was planned in this country. And the fact that the government continues to resist any meaningful investigation of the worst event in our time, shows they were involved.

The propaganda in our media is strong and highly controlled by a few corporations who own it all. But the propaganda the military gives our fighting troops is even stronger; that's the nature of war and the military command structure.

Greed corrupts when the law is not enforced. Congress and the Courts are the enforcers of the Constitution, but they have been corrupted by the money system as so clearly shown in Aaron Russo's movie.

I am not sure about your question on South America. But the past decade or so has seen the rise of people power (democracy) there in several countries. They have had enough of capitalist lies and decided to elect people from their own ranks (the poor). That's why you don't hear much about it in our "controlled corporate media". The only way to educate yourself about South America is to read and listen to alternate independent media sources like Znet Communications.

Our problem is getting people's serious attention to 9/11, the Federal Reserve private banking system, and all the other lies of our government. Without media help, getting the word out is the hard part. Some activists have been handing out videos in the street. We just need to wake the American people up as fast as we can.

Once the people are awake, the best way for us to restore our Constitutional Laws and rights is with democracy. We all need to vote for the the National Initiative for Democracy. Once we establish democracy as an American principle in the Constitution, they cannot take it away from us again. With the National Initiative, we can literally fix all our political problems.

By reading you articles, I can tell that you all are patriots in the cause of keeping America and the entire world free from the corruption that is upon us. We all need to do what ever is nessesary to Fight to restore our constitution. Personally I will March in Washington With Ron Paul, Bug my congressman and others in government Untill someone listens. I will continue to spread the word to anyone who will listen, and trust in God To guide us to a brite tommorow.
